Our Staff
	Our staff are appointed subjected to a rigorous recruitment programme. Our staff are all approachable, experienced and passionate about what they do. Many of our staff are more mature, and have children of their own. Their experience is invalable. Our careers hold childcare, food hygiene and first aid qualifications, and attend regular futher training.
	Involving you
How we include parents is a priority at the Nursery. We follow a structure that ensures you are involved. Parents are, of course, welcome to telephone or visit the Nursery at any time. Home / Nursery diaries give weekly / daily information for each child.		We are always happy to discuss your child’s progress with you at any time, or at one of our regular parent evenings. Notices, regular emails and newsletters will also keep you in the picture.
	Parents receive literature on how you may help your child to begin to read and write, when they are at the appropriate stage.
Each child has a key worker who will work closely with your child each time they attend. They will ensure that your child’s individual progress file is kept up to date with relevant observations and examples of your child’s work. You have access this file at all times.		Regular social events and infomation evenings for parents and your children give you the opportunity to mingle with the staff and each other.
